Profile: Swedish rock singer best known from bands like Talk Of The Town (6), Candlemass, Stormwind (2) and Therion. Born: January 21, 1969 in Stockholm, Sweden Candlemass continued with vocalist Thomas Vikström for one more album before splitting in 1993. Edling would revive the Candlemass banner for 2 more albums in the late 1990s, both recorded with entirely new line-ups. After Marcolin left, Candlemass recruited vocalist Thomas Vikström and recorded Chapter VI (1992). The band then toured in support of that album. Das soll nicht bedeuten, dass THOMAS VIKSTRÖM ein schlechter Sänger ist, ist er definitiv nicht, aber ich fand die Stimme von MARCOLIN eben passender zur Musik von CANDLEMASS. Ich finde, dass CANDLEMASS sich mit diesem Album ganz stark dem klassischen Heavy Metal annäherten, ohne natürlich ihre Doom-Wurzeln zu vernachlässigen.
